Sandra Rygel is a Consultant at Laurel Grove Capital.
Her expertise is in Fixed Income and Asset Allocation.
A cum laude graduate of the University of California at
Los Angeles, she is also a Chartered Financial Analyst
and a Chartered Investment Counselor.
Her investment counseling career began at Scudder,
Stevens & Clark, where she was Vice President and
Associate Director of their Short Term Asset Management
Group. In 1983 she co-founded Payden & Rygel, a fixed
income securities management firm, where she served as
Executive Vice President.
Her past community involvement includes serving as
a Trustee of Gifts and Endowments at the First Church
of Christ, Scientist, Boston, for thirteen years as well
as Trustee for their pension plan for eight years. In
addition, Sandra was on the Board of the American
Friends of The Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg,
Russia. Her interest in international relations and the
world economy as a whole is augmented by frequent
trips abroad. She is fluent in French. For several years
she was also involved with the Mary Baker Eddy
Library for the Betterment of Humanity as a Library
Advisor. Sandra currently serves as a Trustee Affiliate
of Berkeley Hall School and has been with Laurel
Grove Capital for over ten years.
